Basic Skincare Routine with Cleansing oil & Essence

1. Cleansing Oil

Purpose: Removes sunscreen, makeup, dirt, and excess oil.

How to Use:

  • Apply 1–2 pumps to dry hands and massage onto dry face for ~30–60 seconds.
  • Add a little water to emulsify (turns milky), then rinse thoroughly.

2. Water-Based Cleanser (Foam or Gel)

Purpose: Cleans off water-based impurities like sweat and leftover oil.

  • Optional but recommended (this is called double cleansing).
  • Choose gentle, low-pH cleansers to avoid stripping the skin.

3. Essence

Purpose: Hydrates and preps your skin for deeper treatment.

How to Use:

  • After cleansing, pour a few drops into your palm or a cotton pad and pat gently into your skin.

4. Serum (Optional but Powerful)

Purpose: Targets specific issues (acne, pigmentation, wrinkles).

Pick one based on your skin concern:

  • 💡 Vitamin C (brightening, anti-aging)
  • 💧 Hyaluronic acid (hydration)
  • 🧴 Niacinamide (pore, tone, oil control)

5. Moisturizer

Purpose: Locks in moisture and supports skin barrier.

  • Lightweight for oily skin, richer for dry skin.

Optional:

  • Sunscreen (AM only!) – Always apply SPF in the morning. Non-negotiable!
  • Face mask (1–2x/week) – For a boost in hydration or exfoliation.
